Peanut Chicken

I am not sure I could follow a meal plan that didn't allow peanut butter....like I may have it several times a day, haha. 

So when David threw together this peanut chicken over whole wheat noddles I knew we had a winner! The sauce is 100% 80 Day Obsession (or 21 Day Fix) approved and feels really decadent!

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. Peanut Butter

  • 1 Tsp. White Vinegar

  • Splash Lime Juice

  • Sriracha (to taste)

  • 1/2 Tsp. Toasted Sesame Oil

  • 1 Tsp. Tamari Sauce

  • 1 Tbsp. Water

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, stir, set aside.

2. Grill chicken and cover with sauce.

We put our chicken over a whole wheat pasta but you can also put it over a brown rice, soba noodles, or on a big salad! So easy and so delicious! The sauce will count as a tsp. on your meal plan.
